CONFERENCE PROGRAMS

JONATHAN GATZ FITNESS: CONNECTING FITNESS WITH TRAVEL, TOURISM & EVENTS

Our fitness programs, designed for conferences, conventions and special events, are our main focus.  We promote and market them to companies, associations, organizations and meeting planners across the nation and around the world. They are designed to provide conference attendees focus and the ability to stay alert throughout the entire event.

And we can even incorporate ‘no sweat’ routines during breakout sessions that will allow your attendees to participate while wearing their business attire.  They will be revitalized and re-energized without breaking a sweat!

Hiring Jonathan Gatz Fitness will provide the opportunity to keep your conference moving in the right direction. We use a unique strategy that involve muscle and mind concinnity. Staying stress free and gaining the positive energy, along with our all so natural “ATP”.  Keeping attendees strong, focused and on target!

Here is a sample itinerary of what we can include at your conference.

FRIDAY Evening Session

SATURDAY Morning, Afternoon and Evening Sessions

Sunday – Morning Session

 

EXAMPLE OF A SESSION

1) Fresh Start with Jonathan Gatz:

- Planks

- Cobra

- Planks

- Leg Overs

- Long Lever Crunch

- Full Body Stretch 

This morning session will be a great workout while incorporating stretching In between each movement to insure full relaxation. It will pack a small punch but leave you wanting more.

 

2) Afternoon Fun with the Fitness Trainer to Our Heroes:

- Jumping Jack

- Push-ups

- Mountain climbers

- Full Body Stability Ball Motions

- Penguins

This afternoon session will be geared up for an exciting, upbeat exercise. Its goal will be to keep people up, alert and focused to feel more alive and energized and keep their day going strong. 

 

3) Spending the evening with Fitness:

- Back extensions

- Cat/Camel

- Bird/Dog

- Chops

- Seated leg Extension Stretch

- Squats

This evening session is meant to be a relief from their busy day. Great rewarding movements followed by a smoothing transition into yoga style stretches. It’s the perfect way to begin your night “on the town”.
